This Agreement, the Privacy Statement,
and any attachments or amendments thereto
contains the entire agreement between
you and this platform with respect to its
subject matter and supersedes all
existing agreements and all other oral,
written or other communication between
them concerning its subject matter, and
shall not be contradicted, explained or
supplemented by any course of dealing or
course of performance between the
platform and you.

Notwithstanding the above and for the
avoidance of doubt, any independent
Services Agreement or Non-Disclosure
Agreement entered into by you and this
platform shall govern to the extent that
there is a conflict between this Agreement
and any such Services Agreement or
Non-Disclosure Agreement.
